The NDP has existing branding, so we matched Federal NDP website typography.
We also matched the colours provided by the Federal NDP in their branding guide.
Every issue had multiple videos showcasing Alistair speaking on the issue. We inserted those videos in pop-up to keep the page length short.
The site needed to be easy for volunteers to update, regardless of skill level. It also needed to have multiple calls to donate and an easy way to do so.
As part of a 24-week messaging schedule and communications plan, this project had to work in conjunction with other Cowichan-Malahat-Langford NDP communications plans in the pre-election season.
Every week, a local issue tied into the Federal NDP election platform highlighted with Alistair’s record on the issue. Transmitted via e-newsletter, social media, and the Alistair’s A-Team app.
